Ordering Options
Website or Email:  Please select and purchase items on our website. Utilize the "shopping cart" icon at the top of the page and follow the prompts to check-out via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account but would like to pay with a credit card, please call or email us and we will take your order and credit card information over the phone.

Phone: Please call 707-235-1208 to speak with us directly Monday through Friday 10pm to 4pm PST. When calling after hours, please leave your name and phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Mail: If you would prefer to send a check and/or order using a paper form, email or call us and we will send you a catalog and order form.

Retail orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via United States Postal Service Priority or First Class mail. If you have specific shipping requests please email us or indicate your preference upon checkout. International orders are typically sent USPS First Class mail.
In the event that your item is out of stock we will email you to let you know the turn-around time and expected ship date.

Returns or Replacements:
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns with your order.
Refunds for items ordered will be returned using the same method of payment that was used for processing the original order. Items must be returned within 14 days of the arrival of your order.

Newsletter sign-up:
We send quarterly newsletters to those who sign up. They include special offers, new product information and upcoming event details. Your information is only used internally. If you would like to be removed from our email list, please follow the instructions located within each email. 

Ensuring your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell or give your information to any outside sources and your information is maintained in private files on our secure web server and internal systems.

Secure Shopping:
We use PayPal because of it's good reputation and automatic encryption. Your sensitive information (i.s. credit card number) and email communication is kept safe. Under no circumstances will your contact information be sold, published, or disclosed to any party or company. Katzi Designs does not store Credit Card information.
