With her pen, a carving tool, and the wonder gleaned from her garden or moments spent with wilderness, Sorrel joyfully creates her rubber and linoleum cuts. Her art is inspired by the simple beauty of nature, home, and nourishment. When she is not making blockprints, Sorrel can be found foraging, writing, tending her garden, playing in nature with children, and strumming on her mandolin.

She lives in Sebastopol with her loving partner and rad community of friends.

*Sorrel also creates belt buckles, plant presses, and nature jewelry.
